And the most valued customers are those who don’t expect you to be perfect but only expect you to fix things when they go wrong. We would like to thank you for being our most valued customers. We would like to thank you for your loyalty and support. We thank you for believing in us and for all your feedback, both positive and negative. While your positive feedbacks have been really encouraging, your negative feedbacks have been an important learning curve for us. Your negative feedbacks were phrased in a very constructive manner which shows that you are concerned about us and want us to do really well, and we really respect and appreciate that. There is a saying that ‘Hospitality is simply an opportunity to show love and care’. We believe in true hospitality and not entertaining and hence our focus has always been on serving our customers and not trying to impress them; a quality which we believe took us a step closer to you, our customers, and this helped us build a personal connection with you in a way that you became a part of our family.
